Klaviyo Integration

Order Editing is a powerful tool that allows your customers to edit their order after purchase. By integrating it with Shopify Email, you can take advantage of Shopify's built-in email marketing platform to promote upsells and reduce costs. Here's how to integrate Order Editing with Shopify Email:

Step 1: Install Order Editing

To get started, you'll need to install Order Editing on your Shopify store. You can find the app in the Shopify App Store. Once you've installed the app, you'll need to configure it to your store's specifications. Make sure to enable all of the features you want to use, such as shipping address changes, product switches, and order insurance.

Step 2: Create a Customer Segment

Create a segment of customers who have made a purchase within the last day. To do this, go to the Customers tab in your Shopify admin and click on "Create new segment". Use the "Customer behavior" filter to select customers who have made a purchase within the last day.

Step 3: Create an Email Campaign

Once you've created your customer segment, create a new email campaign in Shopify Email. Choose the "Promotional" template and customize it to promote Order Editing. Consider offering a discount or free shipping to incentivize your customers to use the tool. Be sure to include a clear call-to-action that directs your customers to the Order Editing page on your website.

Step 4: Use Dynamic Content

To make your email campaign more personalized, use dynamic content to include product recommendations and other personalized content. This will help to increase engagement and conversions.

Step 5: Schedule Your Campaign

After you've customized your email campaign, schedule it to send at a time when your customers are most likely to engage with it. Use Shopify Email's built-in scheduling tools to automate your campaigns and save time.

Step 6: Monitor Your Results

Finally, monitor the results of your email campaign to see how effective it is at promoting Order Editing. Keep an eye on metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate. Use this data to optimize your campaign and improve your results over time.

By following these steps, you can integrate Order Editing with Shopify Email and send a personalized email to customers who have made a purchase within the last day. Good luck!
