Customers will get instantly notified about their order refund and the funds will be returned back to their original payment method, such as the credit card they used to purchase the products.

Shopify Flow will get notified by OrderEditing when a customer has cancelled the order and run your business logic on the order before cancelling the order. Shopify Flow lets you send internal messages to your team, slack messages, order tagging, and other logic before the order is cancelled. Shopify Flow also lets you audit the history of order cancellations.
