Does it work with my 3PL?

It does! We’ve built technology that stops your 3PL from receiving orders from Shopify until the order editing period is complete.

How long do customers have to edit?

You choose! Most popular with brands is a 30 minute period. We rarely find customers use the order editing app after 30 minutes.

How do you work with same or next day shipping cut offs?

Simple! Orders placed too close to your shipping cut offs will be immediately sent for shipment and won’t see the order editing app. Order editing periods are dynamic in this way.

Can customers cancel their order?

It’s up to you! All of our features can be turned off or on so you have full control over what the customer can or can’t do.

How does it work with my ERP?
