Let customers edit their gift message post-purchase on your checkout without having to contact customer support. Specify the value (or order attribute) that customers are allowed to edit with Shopify Flow and customers will see that attribute after checkout for them to edit with a new value.

Metafield values are automatically saved to orders when customers save their edits. You can use Shopify Flow to intercept those edits and made additional modifications to the order. For example, you could send your team a Slack message each time a customer edits their gift message and tag the order with a unique keyword.
