started as a company

In 2022 we built a Shopify app for MrBeast.

I (Hamish McKay) was his customer experience manager; stuck handling thousands of order edit tickets each month.


Kiril Climson was an entrepreneur in Canada known for building enterprise Shopify apps. 
He was exactly who I needed to build my idea — and incredibly, he replied to my DM on Twitter.

The first version of Order Editing was used by over 36,000 MrBeast customers that year. 

I remember waking up and it being a ghost town in customer service.

No address change requests and no cancel order tickets.



With the solution validated it was time to launch on the Shopify app store.



We went full time in January 2024.
