Mintsoft
Mintsoft is an OMS (Order Management System) that does not read live edits. Orders must be finalized before Mintsoft downloads them.
Integration method required: Delayed Payment Capture Flow + Mintsoft Integration Setup
How Mintsoft Downloads Orders
Mintsoft downloads orders when the payment status is "Paid" in Shopify.
How the Integration Works
Order created → Payment authorized (status: "Authorized")
Grace period active → Customer can edit order
Mintsoft does not download → Order not visible (not "Paid" yet)
Grace period ends → Payment captured, status updates to "Paid"
Mintsoft downloads order → Order sent with all edits included
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Complete Mintsoft Integration Setup in Order Editing
Order Editing has a built-in integration guide for Mintsoft.
Navigate to Order Editing > Settings > Integrations
Locate Mintsoft integration
Follow all steps provided in the Mintsoft integration guide within the app
Complete the setup as instructed
Save settings
Important: Complete all integration steps before proceeding to Flow setup.
Step 2: Change Payment Capture Setting
Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Payments
Change Payment capture method to Automatically after fulfillment
Click Save
Step 3: Import Delayed Master Flow
Download DELAYED_Order Editing_Master Flow.flow
Navigate to Shopify Admin > Apps > Shopify Flow
Import the Flow file
Configure timing to match your editing deadline (e.g., 30 minutes)
Activate the Flow
Save
Integration Limitations
Shipping Method Updates Not Supported
Mintsoft does not support shipping method changes during the editing window.
Required action: Disable the Shipping Methods App Block in Order Editing to prevent customer confusion.
Navigate to App Blocks in Order Editing
Locate Shipping Methods
Toggle OFF
Click Save

Testing
Test before going live:
Verify Mintsoft integration setup is complete in Order Editing
Place test order
Verify order doesn't appear in Mintsoft immediately
Make edits during editing window (add/remove items, change address)
Wait for editing period to expire
Confirm order appears in Mintsoft with all edits
Verify shipping method changes are blocked (App Block disabled)
Troubleshooting
Orders appearing in Mintsoft too early: Verify payment capture setting and Flow activation
Orders not appearing after grace period: Check Flow is capturing payment correctly
Integration not working: Ensure all steps in the Mintsoft integration guide (in Order Editing app) are completed
Edits not reflecting: Ensure edits were completed before grace period ended (Mintsoft doesn't read live edits)
