# Self-Service Edits Analytics

Our Analytics dashboard shows exactly how customers engage with each editing feature you've enabled. Access this dashboard from the **left-hand settings menu** in your Order Editing dashboard.

**How we track:** Order Editing uses tags to report on everything customers do—every view, click, product addition, address change, and completion. These tags create a complete record of customer behavior, showing which features drive engagement and which go unused.

### Making Data-Driven Decisions

**High engagement (20%+):** Keep prominent and continuously optimize\
**Medium engagement (10-20%):** Test improvements to increase usage\
**Low engagement (<10%):** Consider disabling to simplify experience

The goal isn't maximum features—it's maximum value.

### Accessing Analytics

Navigate to **Order Editing > Settings > Analytics >** choose your date range, and view detailed metrics. Tags automatically populate data—no additional configuration required.
