Fulfil
Fulfil is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that does not read live edits. Orders must be finalized before Business Central downloads them.

How Fulfil Downloads Orders
Fulfil downloads orders when the payment status is "Paid" in Shopify.
Limitations
Fulfil are unable to support Shipping Method updates. For this reason you will need to disable the section within the App Block settings.
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Change Payment Capture Setting
Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Payments
Change Payment capture method to Automatically after fulfillment
Click Save
Step 2: Import Order Editing Master Flow
Download DELAYED_Order Editing_Master Flow.flow
Navigate to Shopify Admin > Apps > Shopify Flow
Import the Flow file
Configure timing to match your editing deadline (e.g., 30 minutes)
Activate the Flow
Save
Step 3: Disable Shipping Methods App Block
Required action: Disable the Shipping Methods App Block in Order Editing to prevent customer confusion since shipping changes won't sync to Fulfil.
Navigate to App Blocks in Order Editing
Locate Shipping Methods
Toggle OFF
Click Save

Testing
Test before going live:
Place test order
Verify order syncs to Fulfil at correct time (after editing period)
Make edits during editing window (add/remove items, change address)
Wait for editing period to expire
Confirm order appears in Fulfil with all edits
Verify inventory adjustments are accurate in both Shopify and Fulfil
Check that shipping method changes are blocked (App Block disabled)
Troubleshooting
Orders appearing in Fulfil too early: Verify payment capture setting and Flow activation
Orders not appearing after grace period: Check Flow is capturing payment correctly
Edits not reflecting: Ensure edits were completed before grace period ended
Inventory discrepancies: Check Fulfil-Shopify sync settings for inventory management
