Customize your outgoing email

Your customers are most likely to check their order confirmation email several times after purchasing products from your shop. If they have any questions or second thoughts about their order they'll most likely find your contact information through the shop information Shopify appends to these outgoing emails. You can link to your Order Editing page from these emails to let customers make edits to their unfulfilled order without creating email threads with customer support.
