Promoted Collections

What are Promoted Collections?

Promoted Collections allow you to highlight a specific product collection for customers to browse when editing their order. Instead of showing your entire store catalog, you can focus customers on a curated selection—like your summer collection, best sellers, or new arrivals.

When to Use Promoted Collections

Use Promoted Collections when you want to:

  • Spotlight seasonal products (e.g., "Summer Collection")

  • Promote a specific product category (e.g., "Accessories")

  • Highlight new arrivals or best sellers

  • Create a focused upsell experience

  • Drive attention to specific inventory

How Promoted Collections Work

When enabled, Promoted Collections change how customers browse products during order editing:

Without Promoted Collections:

  • Customers can browse your entire store catalog

  • All products are available to add (except Hidden Products)

With Promoted Collections:

  • Customers only see products from your selected collection

  • The "Add a product" feature shows your promoted collection instead of the full catalog

  • Any global discount you've set will apply to these products

Important: Where Promoted Collections Appear

Promoted Collections affect the "Add a product" block on:

  • Thank You page - The page customers see immediately after checkout

  • Order Status page - The page where customers track their order

How to Set Up Promoted Collections

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Order Editing dashboard

  2. Scroll to the Promoted Collections section

  3. Toggle "Enable Promoted Collections" to ON

  4. Select your collection:

  • Click Choose Collection

  • Select the collection you want to promote from the dropdown

  • Example: "Summer Collection" or "Best Sellers"

  1. Click Save

Tip: The discount applied to promoted collection products is controlled by your Global Discount setting
